Shipping policy

We currently ship within Puerto Rico only.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Colette's Nails is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
